The couple exchanged vows on the villa's terrace, overlooking the beautiful valley. Rolling hills, green and beautiful breezes created the perfect dream wedding setting. For the reception they made their way to the panoramic garden where the dinner table showcased the countryside with a blue dusty runner that came down from the table until it touched the grass. The mixed flower and berry compositions resumed the colors of the palette while the candles and ribbons that bound the napkins were in orange. A string of lights crossed the whole table giving a warm light and a welcoming atmosphere.
And the menu had all the traditional Italian dishes! Every course featured fresh seasonal products, such as sweet pumpkin cream with crispy pancetta, Pecorino di Fossa cheese, and Pici del Casentino with rabbit and crispy aubergines.
After the cutting of the cake, a delicious millefeuille filled with chantilly cream and chocolate chips, the newlyweds took their first dance inside a gazebo covered in fairy lights. Just magical!
In loving memory of Paolo

Staying true to the luxury and art vibes of Villa Mangiacane, Gemma and Mitchel threw a summer wedding that fits right in with all that Italian glamour. The sweet couple flew from USA with their families and friends, to this epic venue nestled in the hearth of Chianti region.
The bright and magnificent facade of Palazzo Machiavelli was the perfect setting for their intimate celebration, and with the expert guidance of Alessia, they created a sophisticated feel with a gorgeous ivory, pink, blush, green, white and gold color palette for the florals, wedding party attire, and decors.
After saying “I do”, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed the views of the olive groves and the vineyards under the Loggia, during a typical italian aperitivo. The intimate party then continued under the stars, on the garden terrace. Paper lanterns as place cards, golden lights and organic blooms spilling onto the tables set a romantic scene beneath a canopy of lights. Surely this wedding was nothing short of perfection!

Carys + Joshua - An intimate wedding in Tuscany
A large portion of Mediterranean flair, a touch of rustic chic, a whiff of vintage, a lot of romance and of course endless love, those were the ingredients for the wonderful Tuscany wedding of Cary and Josh we oh-so-loved!

From the garden of the Fattoria la Serra the view of the surroundings is stunning, which is even more stunning on the bride. In the daylight the property looks enchanted, at night almost magical. A meadow lined with pines and olive trees serves as an idyllic place for the emotional ceremony. A few candles and the sound of a violin, as well as the floral artworks of pampas grass by Fluida Design framed the intimate moment. After the two lovebirds exchanged their vows, we spent some time together taking a walk in the surrounding nature.
For the reception decors the stylishly laid table designed by Chiara Sernesi of Weddingsintuscany was already waiting under a green pergola, which gave a light sheen to the elegant design with its shimmering chandeliers. An authentic tuscan dream!

Alison + Greg - A chic al fresco wedding in pienza | Tuscany
Can there be anywhere more perfect for a place to marry than Tuscany? Alison and Greg chose an ancient monastery, Sant’Anna in Camprena, in the heart of Italy to tie the knot, and it did not disappoint!
Can there be anywhere more perfect for a place to marry than Tuscany? Alison and Greg chose an ancient monastery, Sant’Anna in Camprena, in the heart of Italy to tie the knot, and it did not disappoint! The location offered a perfect setting for their special day, from the getting ready to the reception, with its beautiful gardens, the cloister and the perfectly decorated rooms. Wedding day began with a yoga class in the olive groves for the bride and her friends, while some of the boys went on a Vespa tour of the countryside. For the ceremony Ali and Greg chose to hold their nuptials in the abbey church dedicated to Saint Anna, surrounded by family and friends, and then, the reception was held in the center of the monastery courtyard, between fruit trees and ancient walls creating the perfect romantic setting. The party was beyond beautiful, with two dramatic and perfectly decorated imperial tables, some great aperitivi and a stunning dinner setup, illuminated by strung bare bulbs. With the expert guidance of Alessia, they created a magical feel with a gorgeous pale blue, pink, yellow and green color palette for the florals.
From Alison: “We envisioned our wedding being a celebration of our love for each other, of course, and we wanted it to reflect who we are and what we appreciate about the life we have together. Some of our favorite perks of life include delicious food, incredible wine, dance-worthy music, excuses for celebrations, interesting culture, and memorable travel. What better place to combine those interests than an historic monastery in Italy! Some of our happiest memories have been made through our travels, I used to live in Italy, and our first trip together outside the US was to Italy... So the country had us smitten and was in our hearts from the start of the wedding planning process. Greg and I had been together for ten years prior to our wedding, so many of our family members and friends knew and loved each other beforehand; we wanted our wedding to be a time to show our appreciation to all of our loved ones who have supported us throughout the years. We wanted to create a wedding experience for our guests that made them feel like they were spoiled with a special and relaxing vacation, similar to special vacations Greg and I have enjoyed together, vacations filled with unique wines, long dinners, and loads of fun. “
