We met the lovely girls of Parade wedding planner on a warm morning in a stunning place: the little temple of Villa Ada in Rome. They welcomed us with fresh croissants and black coffee, and that was enough to understand we would have spent a great morning with two lovely and careful girls, who are good friends and a creative duo of wedding planners.

Questa serie è un tributo a tutte le persone meravigliose che incontriamo sulla nostra strada. Persone che lasciano un segno, con la loro creatività, il loro stile di vita, la loro anima. Una manciata di foto e un assaggio della loro storia. Questo è ciò che vi daremo, perché possiate esserne ispirati anche voi.

Il nostro lavoro ci porta a sperimentare, coinvolgerci, provare a catturare l’essenza delle vite altrui e farle nostre, per un attimo. E in qualche modo si trovano dei punti di contatto con il lavoro di attore, un uomo che con le sue mani, la sua voce, i suoi occhi si trasforma in altro da sè, interpreta un personaggio, uno specchio della realtà, un’anima nuova.
Federico è un attore e un grande amico. Appassionato, ironico, sognatore. Proviamo a regalarvi qualcosa di lui, qualche frammento di una giornata passata insieme tra recitazione e fotografia, ispirate da colori e luci di un'opera d'arte cinematografica, che vi sveleremo alla pubblicazione del post completo dedicato ai suoi ritratti. Ma che, se siete bravi, potreste già indovinare.

Pensavo a quel gelo, a quel vuoto che avevo traversato e che lei si portava nelle ossa, nel midollo, nel sangue.
Valeva la pena di rivivere ancora? Ci pensai, e intravvidi il barlume del giorno. Allora dissi “Sia finita” e mi
voltai. Euridice scomparve come si spegne una candela. Sentii soltanto un cigolìo, come d’un topo che si salva.”

Our favorite photographers come from the Pacific Northwest.
One of our fav tv series was filmed in Washington State.
Our fav magazine, and all the slow life inspiration we love so much, was crated there, and their HQ is even more gorgeous than you would expect.
And then, there is a magical place, we always dreamed of visiting.
So here you are our travel reportage. Oregon and Washington States, and a stopover in the beautiful Chicago, who has the best film shop ever seen. (Almost) everything was shot on film, unless it was too windy ( oh, Chicago winds!), cold or rainy. Because a slow, meaningful life means savoring every bite of it, with no hurry, or pressure, even the one that forces you to constantly check pictures on a screen, after you click the shutter. Hope you can enjoy it. Slowly, of course.
