What's not to love about Anne and Imran big day? Many of our favorite things were all there: Tuscan hills, right in the heart of Chianti, a bouquet of bold and colorful flowers, amazing ceremony and dinner backdrops, and most of all, a fun loving, easy going couple who just wanted to make the most of such a special occasion.

With guests coming from all over the world, from Netherlands to Japan, Anne and Imran created a perfect Tuscan dream, with the help of their planner, Alessia B, and a great team of vendors. Enjoy all these little details we've been swooning over all day!

Irene + Davide - relaxed and fun wedding at Tenuta Serradesca

We didn't have the chance to meet Irene and Davide before their wedding, as they both live more than two hours drive from our hometown, so we didn't know exactly what to expect from their wedding day.

What we found when we arrived  in their small town near Bergamo, was an extremely kind and easy going couple, ready to make the most of the day with family and close friends. They connection was so special that it was no surprise they have been together for ten years: we laughed and got emotional, and cried with them when a bunch of friends showed them a video slideshow of their love story.

Thank you Irene and Davide, for having us with you. We'll always treasure those moments together, and we'll always be inspired by your special love for one another. A special thank you to Tenuta Serradesca, with its amazing views, decor, vineyards all around, and great food. It was the perfect place to enjoy the day.

Valeria + Giovanni - wedding at Castello di Montegioco

This couple holds a special place in hour heart, and we're so happy to call them friends, now.

And we're not the only ones, as you can see in this post! In their special day at Castello di Montegioco, in the amazing hills near where we live, they were literally surrounded by love: friends, families, their dog (do you remember their love session with sweet Seada?), everyone seemed to be there just to honor their love story, and to cherish happy memories with them. 

Take your time to browse through the care and afford they put in every single detail, from the gorgeous flowers by Il Profumo dei Fiori, to the music-themed stationery, created by - guess who? - yours faithful, here at L&V Photography. And get emotional, like us, in the moment when Giovanni sang to Valeria their song. Not a dry eye in the whole audience. Not even ours.

Same-sex elopement in Italy

We instantly felt a deep connection with this lovely pair. Davide and Giuseppe have been together for a lifetime, and they struggled for years to see their union recognized also by the state, but it was prohibited by law, until last year. They couldn't wait anymore, and decided to get married as soon as possible, on a sweet, warm November day, in their beloved Bonassola, a little town not far from Cinque Terre. Here Davide runs a cute and stylish b&b, Cà du Ferrà: we suggest to pay a visit if you find around there!

Their pure happiness, their honesty and authentic feelings inspired us so much. Hope you feel inspired too, because as they said, you need to fight for what you want, and always believe in yourself and in your dreams. What is not possible today, can be possible tomorrow. So wait, patiently, and never give up. Thank you guys.
